HERE WE GO!
The most iconic wedding venue in St. Louis. With multiple areas for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and after party, the SLAM quickly shot to the top of our list after photographing a wedding there. Dancing to lowlight among the works of some of the greatest artists of all time, toasting under the skylit ceilings, and having the museum to yourself after hours is a magical experience that we think can’t be topped.
The best styled event space in St. Louis! Weddings at Wild Carrot are always leave us feeling like we have the coolest couples ever. Exposed brick, high ceilings, MCM furniture and plenty of variety for ceremony + reception + portraits. There are two getting ready spaces, two ceremony locations, and no two weddings ever feel the same when we photograph at Wild Carrot because they are constantly curating the spaces with new furniture and decor.

A former Artists Guild, Boo Cat Club has three spaces for your ceremony and three bar spaces. It’s in our top three for a reason! A getting ready space, a natural lit ceremony space, “The Catacombs” downstairs is the perfect spot for the candlelit ceremony or dinner of your dreams, three bars, and a dance hall styled room complete with stage for your live band. It is just a 3 minute drive from Forest Park.
The private home of locals Jeannie and Jim Lalumondiere, this wedding venue continues to rank in our top 10 wedding venues year after year. I don’t think there is a wedding venue that embodies the feel of a backyard wedding but can accommodate 150 people in the way that this St. Louis Wedding Venue can. The “Birdcage” ceremony area hanging over the river (You won’t believe the wisteria that blooms around the ironwork), screened in and outdoor patios, river views for food service, a grove, and a bridge that is accessible to all of your guests. Your friends and family will love exploring the grounds of this lush outdoor venue.
The Piper Palm House is housed within a historic conservatory dating back to the late 1800s. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, allowing couples to tailor their wedding to their preferences and the season. One of the standout amenities of the Piper Palm House is its private getting ready space located within a historic home in Tower Grove Park. This charming and intimate setting offers a secluded oasis for the wedding party to prepare and relax before the ceremony. It has the best wallpaper for portraits. (A silly note maybe, but we really love to work with a variety of textures in our photography and this space allows us to play that up.)

Minimalist and artsy, with indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for modern couples. The perfect venue for couples who love the arts. There are two main areas to have your ceremony: the performance space that seats 250 and the outdoor courtyard that seats 150.
A former llama farm! This venue works as a multifunctional property producing organic produce for their community and growing wedding flowers on site. We love this property so much. It’s the only barn-style wedding venue you’ll see on this list because we don’t believe any can compete with it.
We love a venue with two floors. Located in the grove, The Dogwood features floor to ceiling windows, a grand spiral staircase, a stylish getting ready suite, two areas large enough for up to 250 people and an outdoor terrace to stop it off!

It is an historic building in the heart of downtown with a massive hotel attached. From the Grand Hall to the Midway, Union Station is easily the largest indoor venue on our list. We haven’t even gotten to the amount of details and architectural designs spread all about the building. A dream come true for any couple looking to maximize wedding day portraits.
This is the Luxury venue on the list. Historic and located in midtown, this St. Louis landmark is the most glamorous place on our list. Every space in the venue is an example of true class, especially the massive ballroom with its original terrazzo dance floor. The Coronado is the wedding venue we recommend for couples wanting to celebrate in style while hosting a large gathering of wedding guests.
