When we arrived in Palm Springs to shoot Julia and Mike’s wedding at Frank Sinatra’s Twin Palm Estate, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of this venue’s views immediately! We made the usual 15 minute round we make when arriving at a venue for the first time. Any of you who know Zach know what a huge lover and collector of good music he is, so when we spotted the reception center pieces were all of their favorite new wave album covers, we KNEW we were going to love this wedding! Calm, cool, and laid back, Mike and Julia’s wedding was everything that we dreamed it would be! (Definitely have to give all that credit to Gabi of Bridezilla Events. She planned the whole wedding AND did ALL the florals. She’s a freakin wizard. She’s the best!)

When shooting this wedding, we knew that we wanted to capture the home and candid moments throughout the day. Photos of the venue can really help you relive the day and we’re so happy Mike and Julia had such a beautiful Palm Springs wedding venue to celebrate their vows! Some of our favorite details of the day: Julia’s silver booties, the picture frame wall in one of the bedrooms, the “Twin Palms”, (Harder to photograph than you think! They are TALL) meeting Richard Blade, and of course the incredible dance party that they had with all their friends inside the home! (There is a strict noise ordinance, so definitely book Gabi if you’re interested in this venue. She knows all the deets!)

If you’re planning your dream wedding in Palm Springs, California, we would love to be apart of it. In the meantime, we’ll be dreaming of the desert.
